Many adolescents fantasize about their future without realizing the basic criteria for choosing a career.
In order to make appropriate career choices, the adolescent will need to know who they really are; their strengths and how to amplify them and also their weaknesses and how to overcome them.

Using personality tests we obtain the temperaments of the individual and enable them to profile their strengths and weakness. With the more dominant traits it becomes easier to diagnose their personality and career options- the talkative, outgoing, enthusiastic, individual should do well as a career salesperson.
We also conduct Career Aptitude and IQ tests to help students make wise career choices by:

  • Establishing and rating their skills.
  • Determining their interests and values
  • Determining their individual style by exploring their uniqueness
  • Prioritizing their career expectations
  • Arranging interactive sessions with experienced professionals in various fields
