Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)

Business executives know that the long term success of a company depends heavily upon the sustained productivity of its people. However most of them consider their employees emotional health as being too ‘soft’ for them to support.

But the fact is that where any aspect of a person’s well being reduces, so does his /her performance and effectiveness.

At BTH Integrated Wellness and Therapy, we provide strategic and cost effective EAPs that are designed to assist productivity by supporting employees to identify and resolve personal concerns that may affect their job performance.

These issues may include health, marital, family, financial, emotional and legal stress.
We conduct stress/ well-being audits to identify their sources and then develop cost effective remedies to address such problems.

We emphasize the adverse costs of emotionally unhealthy individuals to the organization and contrast it with the benefits of Employee Assistance Programmes which will enhance degree of functionality and engagement of the Employee. Our EAPs provide assessment, support and referrals to employees and their household members.
