How We Work

BTH Integrated Wellness and Therapy is an organization focused on amongst other things, the well-being of adolescents and young persons.
At BTH Integrated Wellness and Therapy we appreciate that these are some of the most stressful years in life because it is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood.
We recognize that balancing the responsibilities and freedom of this phase can be tricky.
We therefore endeavour to equip adolescents by arranging talks, interactive workshops, counseling and similar therapeutic sessions that focus on the following:
